Last updated: May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out how Customers and their end-users may and may not use the reserveme.ai Platform, Widget and APIs. It is incorporated by reference into the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA). Violation is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination. Reservingtech OĂś may update this AUP on 15 days' notice.
1. Prohibited uses
Customers and their end-users shall not: - Use the Platform, Widget, machine-vision extraction, AI quotation engine, Workflow Automations or outbound-messaging integrations as a safety-critical system, a certified lift-plan validator, or a substitute for qualified equipment-operation or lifting-appointed-person judgement. - Upload manufacturer spec sheets, load charts, operating manuals or any other technical documentation without the necessary rights, licences and permissions, or where machine-vision processing would breach the manufacturer's terms. - Upload, transmit or generate unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or content that harasses, defames or endangers a person. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, mirror or create derivative works of the Platform, the Widget or any underlying AI models, algorithms or training data. - Use the Platform, Widget or AI output to train, fine-tune, evaluate or benchmark a competing AI model or service. - Circumvent, disable or impair any security, authentication, rate-limit, logging or access-control mechanism. - Send spam, phishing, deceptive or misleading content, or automated bookings or outbound messages without the required consent, opt-in or legal basis under applicable data-protection and e-privacy law. - Breach the Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp 24-hour customer-care window, template-message rules, the separation of transactional and marketing content, or the terms of any other channel (including SendGrid or Twilio). - Create or activate a Workflow Automation that sends communications, moves funds, exports data or modifies third-party systems without human verification. - Rent, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the Platform, the Widget, the Workflow builder or the messaging channels available to any third party except as expressly permitted. - Use the Platform or Widget for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent or illegitimate purposes, or in violation of sanctions, export-control, anti-bribery, consumer-protection, competition, tax or data-protection law. - Exceed the authorised user or deployment counts in the Order Form without paying applicable additional Fees. - Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trade-mark, AI-generation or other proprietary notice displayed by the Platform, the Widget or any outbound PDF, email, WhatsApp message or SMS.
2. Account security
Customers must protect account credentials and notify us without delay of any suspected unauthorised access or compromise. Passwords must meet our published complexity requirements; multi-factor authentication must be enabled where available. Customer is responsible for all activity under its accounts, authorised or not. Named-user credentials must not be shared between individuals.
3. Widget deployment and outbound communications
- The Widget may be deployed only on the domains specified in the Order Form and on pages where Customer has the right to host and operate it. - Every page embedding the Widget, every outbound PDF quotation, every outbound email, every WhatsApp message and every SMS generated through the Platform must display, in the local language, a clear notice that content is AI-generated, preliminary, indicative and non-binding until confirmed by a human representative of Customer. - Customer is the sender and data controller for every outbound communication; Customer must maintain a valid legal basis or consent record, honour opt-outs and identify itself clearly as the sender. - Customer must comply with each messaging channel's terms, including the Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, template-message approval, the 24-hour customer-care window and any rate or quality thresholds set by the provider. - Customer is solely responsible for the legal, regulatory and commercial compliance of its website and all outbound content, including cookie banners, consent collection, accessibility and consumer-law disclosures. - The Widget must not be embedded inside an iframe, container or proxy designed to obscure its origin or reserveme.ai's involvement.
4. Enforcement
Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of this AUP, we may investigate; restrict, throttle or suspend the Platform or Widget in whole or in part; remove offending content; and require remediation within a stated time. Material or repeat violations entitle us to terminate the MSA. Violations involving safety, data protection, sanctions or criminal conduct may be reported to competent authorities.
