These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the reserveme.ai platform. By accessing or using the platform, Users accept these Terms. If a User does not agree, they must refrain from using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the platform, the User confirms they have read and accepted these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance of updates published by reserveme.ai.
2. Description of Services
reserveme.ai provides technology to manage reservations, schedules, communications, automation, and payment facilitation between Clients and End Users. reserveme.ai does not provide the services offered by Clients and is not a financial institution.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and safeguard their access credentials. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts and for keeping credentials confidential.
4. Payment Terms
Payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways. Funds may be temporarily received to facilitate disbursement to Clients, and applicable commissions and fees may be deducted. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are defined by the Client. reserveme.ai does not guarantee refunds and may withhold funds during disputes or fraud investigations. Chargeback costs are borne by the Client unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree to lawful, responsible use of the platform. Prohibited uses include: - Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities - Spam or abusive communications - Impersonation or unauthorized data use - Offering false or unlawful services - Improper or abusive use of AI functionalities - Unauthorized scraping or extraction - Introducing malware or malicious code
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to reserveme.ai or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
reserveme.ai is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or disputes between Clients and End Users. AI outputs may be inaccurate and do not replace human judgment. Clients are responsible for regulatory, tax, and operational compliance.
8. Termination
reserveme.ai may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, improper use, or legal requirements. The platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical issues.
