- Design and implement AI/ML models for demand prediction and scheduling optimization
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
- Collaborate with product team to identify AI opportunities
- Optimize model performance and ensure production reliability
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in ML/AI engineering or data science
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with time-series forecasting or optimization problems
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
